    Hi,

    Recently I've saw a banner (Q1 Condo at Taman Permaisuri Cheras with KL view and near LRT) along the way to Mid Valley from Old Klang Road.

    May i know is a new launched or already in market already?

    I guess is new one launch, the banner already there last year, it have been around at least 6mths - 1 year.
