From News:

BLand to launch projects worth RM500m this year
BERJAYA Land Bhd (BLand) will launch new projects worth more than RM500 million this year to take advantage of pent-up demand for housing in the Klang Valley.

BLand is bullish on the property market, its senior general manager of properties and marketing, Mah Siew Wan, said.

"We are seeing a return of buying interest for high-end houses. Our properties are all unique and in prime areas so we are confident of brisk sales," she told Business Times in an interview.

By the end of this year, BLand will launch KM1 Condominiun in Bukit Jalil and shop offices in Berjaya Park in Shah Alam, Selangor.

  1. I was interested in KM1 until I see its entrance/ exit beside the main road. At present there is a T-junction traffic light less than 10m away. This entrance/exit of KM1 should have been 'linked' to this junction to change this present T-junction into a future 'Cross-junction'. Cars coming out of KM1 will then be able to turn right at this cross-junction towards Kesas-Maju Expressway-Jalan Tun Razak-OUG-Klang Lama. The design of present entrance/exit implies in future, all cars coming out from KM1 will have to go further 500m, make a U-turn which is the entrance to existing Green Field Condo. There will horrendous traffic jam because there is always continuous traffic coming from opposite direction to Kesas-OUG-MEX-Tun Razak. How could authority approved the existing traffic design of KM1?

  3. We live in "boleh-land", authority can do anything as long as it is "right". Location of this condo is strategic, but price is on par with Treez. Seem like nowday Bukit Jalil condo all now RM700k above, deeper Bukit Jalil RM400k and above. Make Savanna look like dirt cheap.
