The Z Residence

Received invitation from Trinity Group about their launch for The Z Residence on 1st to 3rd April 2011.

The developer is Trinity Group http://www.trinitygroup.com.my/, in which they have built few condo like Zest at Bandar Kinrara and Heron near Puchong/Cyberjaya side.

This new condo is located at OUG side, have arpund 1000++ units for sales, details can find here  http://www.thez.com.my/

For those interested, I strongly advice you pay the site a visit before you purchase it. Those familiar with Bukit OUG condo and OUG Townhouse will know this location, as this condo is just near the area.

Don't be surprise if you see some cow or goat along the road side :)

  1. 2 days ago i visited this place with my "BEST" friend. Found out the current access road is really "BAD". If they want to attract buyer make sure they build the new access road directly to the condo itself. If not is not a good buy for me at all.

  2. The excess road is really bad...totally agree. Hopefully they will be able to enhance the excess road as they claimed. After all, is this property worth buying?

  3. Actually, the location is good strategic, but the potential only can be "realize" if the access road is improve. Understand there is plan on this, just dunno whether it will be executed right.

    Price wise, slightly pricy, but nowadays at this hot market, it is hard to find RM300psf property. But if developer provide value added services like DIBS, partly furnish that will be better.

    Another concern is density, Z Res alone have 1000+ units, plus Kiara Res plus Rainz, which all are on same league while Bukit OUG will be alternative cheaper price, overall you will face very stiff competition for rental income.

    Also you may need to factor in some surrounding factor, like HTC, low cost flat. If you can accept all above, and your plan is buy for own stay, this could be a choice for you.

  4. Yeah..totally agree with you...for investment wise, it is not really a good choice. But i can see people are rushing to buy the units as if like a golden opportunity that cannot be missed. I was attracted to their show unit and booked one of the unit finally...but now, seems not interested anymore. I think they overprice the property because of the future LRT extension

  6. You have to find out how they build the access road from where to where and is good for you to do a site visit. VERY IMPORTANT !!!
