Recently saw the "Group Purhase" advertisement in Chinese Newspaper by this company http://www.gsrealty.my/ . Claim able to get 15% discount when buy property, and they depart every Sunday to view the new property launch. Wonder what is the catch behind, do share if any of you join them ya :)
